lasagne Beginner’s Lasagne (that tastes like the professional’s)

What you'll need:

For the sauce:

How to make it:

  1. Mix first 9 ingredients thoroughly
  2. Grease large ovenware dish (that turns in your microwave!!)
  3. Pour a third of the meat mixture into it
  4. Place 1/2 of the lasagne pieces on top
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese
  6. Add another third of the meat mixture, the rest of the lasagne & another 1/2 cup of cheese
  7. Finish off with the remaining meat mixture
  8. Cover & microwave immediately on high for 30 mins
  9. Meanwhile … mix together the remaining cheese, egg, cornflour and milk
  10. Pour this over the cooked mixture (when ready)
  11. Sprinkle with paprika
  12. Cover again & microwave on medium for 10 minutes or until topping sets
  13. Leave to stand for about 15 mins (you can zap it slightly in the microwave if you want it hot hot hot)
