New Zealand Red Cross wants to help you and your mates deal with the stress of the Canterbury earthquakes. How? With a website called Address the stress.
All Black Dan Carter, Olympic gold medallist Mahe Drysdale, Jono and Ben, John Campbell, and Canterbury’s own Flat Man have recorded messages and advice.
Experts already working with Canterbury youth give advice on the website and other Canterbury teens talk about their experiences.
You can have your say too and give advice to other teens on how to cope with tough times. Plus you can see what music choices celebrities use to help them get through.
Youthline is helping New Zealand Red Cross with the site.
It is made for young people aged 12-25 years in the Waimakariri, Christchurch and Selwyn districts. Have a look if you are feeling a bit anxious or stressed out.
